More than 400 years of history on the market square in Seibersdorf, three generations of the Hirschbeck family and a Gasthaus with heart.

Brewery of the Seibersdorf castle lords
The oldest parts of our house date back more than 400 years. The Kellerstüberl and bar once served as cellars for beer and ice for the Seibersdorf castle lords.
